How We Operate
ABOUT

Kastling comes from the word “castling,” a classic maneuver used in the strategic game of chess. Our clients’ vision is our king, and we aim to protect and execute with strategic precision. While every project varies in complexity and challenges, our core strategy is universal: research, execute, and adapt.  Ultimately, why should you trust Kastling Group℠ with your next IT modernization project? We are not generalists, and our product is not a Powerpoint. We are technical specialists, constantly researching and integrating the latest technologies, so you don’t have to.

Kastling Group’s competitive edge can’t be framed in a buzzword. Our distinction comes from the ability to make timely decisions derived from comprehensive analysis. Even though many of us hold top-tier degrees and qualifications, we place the highest value in humility and hard-work. We provide mock-ups using visualization tools such as Axure. There is no catch phrase that can describe the constant research, brainstorming, and planning needed when executing a software project. This is the way Kastling Group℠ operates.

Mission
To ethically provide modern services for Americans while maintaining a sustainable future.
Core Values
Kastling Group continuously strives to become a successful organization socially, ethically, and economically. We defined core values of our organization to achieve this goal.

Honesty
We value transparency and open communication to ensure we execute our decisions with confidence.  Be direct with what you mean and why you think that way, but don’t be mean or make it personal.

People Building
We believe in continuous learning and personal growth. We hope our employees gain maximum self-awareness to emphasize strengths, bolster weaknesses, and ultimately grow together as a team.

Respect
We are expected to treat our team members and clients with respect and professionalism. Constructive criticism is encouraged but only with respect and cooperation.

Diversity
We believe in differences to create synergy. Open-mindedness is necessary for all of our employees to create a non-hostile environment.  We strive to become global citizens.

Value
We must provide value to our clients with skills and expertise. We should continuously strive to grow our skills and expertise to provide the most value.  Value should not be interpreted as any type of activity and can only be achieved with a strong understanding of the client’s vision and mission.

Entrepreneurship
We must proactively figure out how to create value without instruction or experience while adhering to the constraints with a positive vision of the future.

Discipline
We must realize dreams into reality through execution of hard work and discipline.

Purpose
As members of Kastling Group, we must strive to understand the cooperative goal and how each individual contributes toward the goal.
